At Connected Performance we believe in human connection first. Putting the person ahead of the athlete is at the centre of our work as it is fundamental to performance and wellbeing.
Our approach to sport psychology focuses on the role of the mind-body connection on athletic performance. We educate on the impact of the bodily state on performance and provide tools to support the psychological aspect of the game.
In order for performance to thrive and rise up to the occasion that is competitive sport, it’s essential that athletes understand their inner experiences through enhancing the roots of self-awareness.
